Dirty Martini Recipe

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 2 1/2 oz gin
  • olive brine to taste
  • olive for garnish

How to do it:

  • Pour the gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass.
  • Slowly add the olive brine.
  • Stir.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with the olive.

Negroni Cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz gin

  • Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.

New Orleans Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients:

1/2 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 small egg white
2 oz milk, half & half or cream
club soda
2 dashes fleurs d’orange (orange flower water)
How to do:

Place all of the ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously (more than normal to ensure the egg and cream are well mixed).
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda.
