  • half-and-half
  • 1 oz blue curaçao

How to do it:

  • Pour the blue curaçao and crème de cacao over ice cubes in an old fashioned glass.
  • Float the half-and-half on top to taste.

Dirty Martini Recipe

  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 2 1/2 oz gin
  • olive brine to taste
  • olive for garnish

How to do it:

  • Pour the gin and dry vermouth into a mixing glass.
  • Slowly add the olive brine.
  • Stir.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with the olive.
